Applicant must be a citizen of the United States on the day of registration;
Applicant must be 18 years of age or over ON or BEFORE the date of the next election;
Applicant must reside in the precinct at least 30 days ON or BEFORE the date of the next election.
NOTE: A residence is a permanent abode, a place where a person actually lives. No one may register from a place of business or office unless he actually lives there and it is his permanent abode.

public assistance identification card
a letter delivered to the applicant through the U.S. postal system from a federal, state or city agency
NOTE: Both pieces of identification must contain the applicant's name. At least one piece of identification must have the current address of the applicant.
